Doing the Right Thing for Good


Being trusted our code, sets out the principles of how we expect our people, and anyone who represents or works with us, to behave, do business for good.



This code is intended to provide clear expectations on how our people, and anyone who represents or works with us conduct themselves.

For our people, this will encompass overall professional conduct and should be followed alongside guidance from the Elsuhd Network, including Genosec Business Practice, and their terms & conditions of employment.


1. INTRODUCTION TO BEING TRUSTED

Think about your job for a moment. Think about Elsuhd Network. You work for one of the respected tech businesses in the iraq. Isn’t that incredible? But it’s not just our scale that makes us incredible, it’s our will to win, what we deliver and what we stand for.

The answer to that is simple it starts and ends with us. We cannot be complacent. We must work at speed, with an energy, pace and winning mentality that match our plans for growth and exceeds our customers’ expectations. We should set the highest standards, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, create the fairest environment, and welcome, respect and hear every voice.


2. HOW COULD WE TOLERATE ANYTHING LESS?

Reaching our ambition is all about achieving outcomes that can only be reached through competing and behaving in the most positive, genuine and honest ways. When we do things openly, do things right, and stand up against things that are wrong, the world knows us and trusts us not just for what we already do so well, but for how we do it – this is why we succeed. And when we do all of this, together.

4. STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

The Company’s Standards of Conduct relate to all forms of behaviour and communication including written, verbal, non-verbal, electronic and social media activity. This is relevant when an individual is working on behalf of the Company, engaged in Company business, representing the Company, or when there are potential implications for the Company’s reputation. Additionally, the Company expects its people, and anyone who represents or works with us to uphold these Standards of Conduct in all professional contexts.

For our people, and anyone who represents or works with us, all have individual responsibility to maintain the following standards:

  • Treat others with respect, dignity and consideration
  • Behave with integrity, honesty, kindness and patience
  • Be a role model for professional behaviours
  • Undertake the work of the Company in good conscience and to the best of our ability
  • Foster collaborative and supportive working with others
  • Take responsibility for the stewardship of our position, mindful of our impact on others
  • Respect the Company’s values and rules and be a guardian of the Company’s reputation.

An individual should be aware that if they fail to meet the standards of conduct, after full ascertainment of the circumstances, steps may be taken to address their behaviour and appropriate sanctions applied.


5. COMPLAINTS POLICY AND PROCEDURES

A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction about an aspect of the Company’s work or conduct; or the work or behaviour of an individual or individuals working for or on behalf of the Company. Complaints are managed through a Complaints Policy and Procedure, which can be found on our internal ERP system under Genosec Policies.


6. BREACHES OF OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

Most complaints, relating to our people, will be resolved through the procedures set out in the Complaints Policy. However, for more serious breaches of standards of conduct, the matter may be referred to the Disciplinary.

After investigating the conduct of an individual, the Company will deliberate and make the final decision. Decisions may include the removal of Company; suspension or termination of contract.
